Purpose

These terms govern the sale of digital products (PDF ebooks) via the designerservic online store.

Products and license of use

• All ebooks sold are intended for personal use only.
• Resale, redistribution, public sharing, copying, or modification of the content without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
• The file remains the intellectual property of designerservice-store and/or its authors. Purchase grants a personal usage license, not a transfer of intellectual property.

Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in euros (€), inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is made through the secure payment methods offered on the store at the time of order. The order is only confirmed once full payment has been received.

Withdrawal and refunds

Liability

designerservice-store commits to providing content that matches the published description. We cannot be held liable for use of the content in violation of these terms, nor for indirect damages related to the use of the product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Belgian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights under the customer's national legislation.
